We come out and look at your space: where the sun hits and when you use it.
We design around that and whatever you want from it. Depending on the project, you may get an estimate on the spot.

Good for 30 days
On the spot for most Alumawood covers; a few days for custom 4K Aluminum designs.
Financing is available through Hearth.
Engineering and permit
Most Alumawood covers use standard engineering; nearly every 4K project gets site-specific engineering.
We pull the permit with the office that covers your address, on every job. If you have an HOA, you submit its application yourself; we don't prepare HOA applications.

When it's done, we walk through every detail with you. Our installation labor is covered for 2 years; materials carry each manufacturer's warranty.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size and the system. What we can tell you: a reply within 1 business day, a site visit usually within a week, and a quote on the spot or within a few days. Permit timing depends on the office that covers your address. For scale, the 3,600 sq ft louvered roof at Stoney's North Forty took three weeks to install.
