Every cover is custom, so the price depends on the system, the roof, the size, how it attaches and the engineering. We don't publish set prices. A free site visit gets you a quote that's good for 30 days.

Most Alumawood covers are quoted on the spot at the site visit. Custom 4K Aluminum designs take a few days.

In the Las Vegas Valley, yes. The City of Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas and unincorporated Clark County all permit patio covers. We pull the permit on every job, and its cost is in your quote.

Whoever governs your property's address, not your mailing city. Many homes with a Las Vegas mailing address are in unincorporated Clark County, which has its own permit office.

We didn't find one in any of the four permit offices' published patio cover materials. Clark County's rule covers "all free standing and attached structures including … shade structures and patio covers."

No. HOA approval is separate from the permit, and you submit it to your HOA. We pull the city or county permit on every job.

Yes. We plan around where the sun hits, the hours you use the space, and what you want from it.

A cover can mount to the wall, through the stucco into the structural studs, or to the fascia (aluminum covers only, if the rafters behind it are sound). If the house can't take an attachment, a freestanding cover stands on its own posts. How it attaches can change what the permit requires.

Alumawood is embossed aluminum with a wood-grain look, in lattice, solid or insulated panels; standard engineering covers most designs. 4K Aluminum is extruded 6061-T6 aluminum, designed for each project, and nearly every 4K cover gets site-specific engineering.
