What is a 4K Aluminum patio cover?
4K Aluminum makes patio covers, pergolas and louvered roofs from extruded 6061-T6 aluminum, solid profiles with no steel inserts and stainless hardware. There are no standard sizes: every 4K structure is designed for its yard, which is why nearly every one gets site-specific engineering. It suits homeowners who want long spans, clean lines and a finish built for desert sun. Price depends on size, system and site; we quote 4K projects within a few days of your free site visit.

Mix and match posts, beams and roofs. Every structure is designed for its project, attached or freestanding.
- PergolaPosts from 4×4 to 8×8 and beams up to 2×10. A 2×10 beam spans up to 33 ft between two 8-inch posts, and lattice spans up to 20 ft without rafters.
- CantileverPosts on one side only. Projections of 16 ft are common, and up to 24 ft has been built, depending on design and engineering.
- ATLAS louvered roofMotorized 6.5-inch blades open or close by remote or app. Runs on 110V or a small solar panel, with a battery backup.
- Solid roof panelsVEER single-wall or Twin Wall panels: watertight, Class A fire rated, and spanning up to 10 ft without center support.
